| Experience List > | Service Information > Engineering Design Project Samples Dutchess Community CollegeDUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE –Ongoing Services Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. (E&R) has provided engineering services for the College during the last six years. A 2011 project was designed and managed by E&R at Bowne Hall. The renovations included replacement/repair of the sanitary sewer and modifications to the reduced pressure zone backflow preventer. In 2010, E&R completed the design on two electrical projects. One was for Data Center improvements. The other project involved upgrading to a new electrical service throughout the campus, including switch gears and transformers. Also in 2010, E&R designed and managed a project at Washington Hall to replace the hot water heater. A 2008 project was designed and managed by E&R to replace boilers in Taconic Hall and the Student Services Building with one system servicing both buildings. In 2007, E&R designed an abatement project at Dutchess Hall for pipe fittings above ceilings. Contact Person –
East Ramapo Central School DistrictEast Ramapo Central School District –Ongoing Services Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. (E&R) has provided engineering services for the District over the last 22 years. The projects have included boiler and HVAC equipment replacement, window and roof replacement, science room renovations, asbestos remediation and building restoration and other building renovations. E&R services have also included testing, consulting and designing abatement and management of hazardous materials during the renovations and as part of the on-going building management. Hazardous materials included asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and lead-based paint. E&R currently has a term contract with the District to provide all engineering services for building renovations and there are several projects in process. Warwick Valley Central School DistrictWARWICK VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT –Ongoing Services Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. (E&R) has provided engineering services for the District during the last two years. During 2011/2012, five projects were designed and either constructed or under construction including a new district wide IT system, replacement of fire alarm systems in 4 buildings, renovations at the High School, exterior door replacement, replacement of ceilings and flooring in the Middle School, replacement of HVAC equipment in the Middle School and miscellaneous other repairs. During 2012, work was done at the Park Avenue Elementary School to reduce overheating, improve ventilation and upgrade the windows. Further, an observatory has been designed that is being built as a community project. An energy performance contract has been designed and is awaiting SED approval. E&R services have also included testing, consulting and designing abatement and management of hazardous materials during the renovations and as part of the on-going building management. Hazardous materials included asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and lead-based paint.
